1. Service Agreement

By booking our gardening services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All work is carried out by qualified professionals with appropriate insurance coverage.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance
• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Weather conditions may affect scheduled work
• We will reschedule work affected by adverse weather at no extra cost

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Invoices for regular maintenance contracts are issued monthly
• Late payment charges may apply after 30 days

4. Service Quality

We guarantee all work to professional standards. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address any issues at no extra cost.

5. Property Access

• Safe access to work areas must be provided
• Any hazards or obstacles should be highlighted before work begins
• We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or hidden obstacles
• Garden gates and access points should be unlocked on service days

6. Liability and Insurance

• We carry full public liability insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for damage to plants or property due to pre-existing conditions
• Any damage caused by our negligence will be rectified or compensated

7. Waste Disposal

Garden waste removal is included in most services. We dispose of all green waste responsibly through licensed waste carriers and composting facilities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and store customer information solely for service delivery purposes. Your personal data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
